Enhance Your Relationship with Effective Communication

Do you want to improve your relationships and communication skills? Do you want to learn how to express and receive love in the most effective way? If you answered yes, then you need to master the love language! The love language is a concept developed by Dr. Gary Chapman, who identified five ways that people give and receive love: words of affirmation, quality time, acts of service, physical touch, and gifts. Each person has a primary and a secondary love language, which means they feel most loved when they receive love in those ways. But what if your partner has a different love language than you? How can you bridge the gap and make them feel loved and appreciated? That's where " Mastering the Language of Love " comes in. You can also learn how to ask for what you need in your own love language, so that you feel fulfilled and happy. Mastering the love l

Don't Wait Healthy Eating For General Wellness

Healthy eating is one of the most important things you can do to improve your overall wellness.  In fact, when most experts talk about how to stay healthy, they list two things before anything else. They say eat right and exercise, usually in that order.  So eating a healthy diet may be the most important thing you can to do to keep your body fit and avoid illness and disease. These include teas such as black cohosh, chasteberry, ginseng, mint, chamomile, passion flower, red clover, and many other herbal teas. I cover the power of such teas in my new book, Menupause . What exactly is a “tea tox”?  It is essentially a cleanse in which you consume several cups of tea throughout the day. How you tea tox varies. You can do: One day of tea toxing in which you consume nothing but  various types of tea for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. I recommend limiting this type of tea tox for one day only and using it no more than once or twice month. A partial tea tox in which you consume tea for breakfast and lunch, but have a full healthy meal for dinner. You can do this type of tea tox for up to 6 days, depending on how you feel. A less aggressive tea tox. Consume a couple of cups of tea in the morning – plain without creamer or sweete
